Carole Sutherland has consistently been a yearly multi-million dollar producer in real estate sales with Phyllis Browning Company, San Antonio’s leading real estate company. This success is created by her diligence, determination, attention-to-detail and, most importantly, a sincere caring for her clients’ success.

“When I am helping a client pursue their dream home or getting the right price for their current home, it becomes personal with me,” she says. “I just automatically put myself into the shoes of my client and become totally committed and determined to meet their real estate needs.”

In many successful years with Phyllis Browning, she has assisted clients in buying and selling homes in all parts of Bexar County. One reason she operates so well in all areas of San Antonio is her unusual knowledge of the community. “I developed a love for San Antonio and its homes as a local tour guide with Local Arrangements. Residential real estate became the perfect way for me to expand these interests – my love for San Antonio and its homes.”

Carole is a native of South Texas and attended the University of Texas at Austin. She returned to San Antonio in 1983 after several relocations resulting from her husband's corporate career. Before becoming licensed in real estate, Carole was active in tourist and convention business in San Antonio. Her civic activities have included Board positions with Bexar County Women's Center, Mission Road Developmental Center, Southwest Foundation Forum and membership in the Symphony League.
